One pack contains 2 bottle of 0.75 cl of organic extra virgin olive oil cold extracted ottobratica variety Oil obtained with olives 100% Italian, 100% Calabrian, produced by our olive groves in the Serre National Park which is part of the municipality of Maierato, with only the Ottobratica variety (so defined for the ripening period of the olives, in October) this variety is particularly appreciated for giving an oil with a delicate fruity, balanced flavor with light tones of bitter and spicy more pronounced with hints of sweet almond,  to be used raw on everything. The olive harvest is carried out mechanically by shaking the plants, and begins in the first ten days of October to be completed in the first ten days of November, when the olives have the right degree of ripeness in order to obtain the maximum of the particular characteristics of this variety, they are pressed by continuous cold plant after a few hours from the harvest allowing to preserve the aromas and phenolic substances.
