One pack contains 12 bottle of 0.75 cl of organic extra virgin olive oil cold extracted ottobratica variety Oil obtained with olives 100% Italian, 100% Calabrian, produced by our olive groves in the Serre National Park which is part of the municipality of Maierato, with only the Ottobratica variety (so defined for the ripening period of the olives, in October) this variety is particularly appreciated for giving an oil with a delicate fruity, balanced flavor with light tones of bitter and spicy more pronounced with hints of sweet almond,  to be used raw on everything. The olive harvest is carried out mechanically by shaking the plants, and begins in the first ten days of October to be completed in the first ten days of November, when the olives have the right degree of ripeness in order to obtain the maximum of the particular characteristics of this variety, they are pressed by continuous cold plant after a few hours from the harvest allowing to preserve the aromas and phenolic substances.

A pack of organic clementine compote contains 12 jars of 260 g each. Our product is completely natural and is obtained by vacuum cooking, after a phase of manual peeling of the clementines, without the addition of preservatives or colourings. The grape sugar gives the clementine compote a unique and delicate taste, leaving on the palate the lively and sweet flavor typical of Calabrian clementines, which are processed within 48 hours of their collection. Excellent to be eaten on rusks, fresh bread, to prepare delicious tarts or similar desserts.

pack of organic clementine juice contains 6 bottles of 700ml. Our juice is obtained by squeezing organic clementines within 48 hours of their collection. It is bottled naturally, without the addition of preservatives or colourings, and its only treatment is its pasteurization in order to guarantee a long conservation. Strongly thirst-quenching, it brings numerous benefits to the body as it is rich in vitamin C, iron and calcium.

Organic Clementine with leaf

One pack contains 10 kg of organic Clementines with leaf. A cross between bitter orange and mandarin, it takes its name from friar Clèment Rodier who spread its cultivation in Algeria, subsequently exported to Italy where it found its ideal habitat in the plain areas of Calabria including the plain of Gioia Tauro - Rosarno - Rizziconi.  Clementines have a spheroidal shape slightly flattened at the poles, skin, smooth and dark orange, of tender, juicy, aromatic pulp and pleasant taste. The fruits are seedless, rich in vitamin C and mineral salts including potassium, are consumed in most cases fresh, however they are used in the preparation of juices, jams and particular appetizers. The harvest begins in the first ten days of November and is completed in the last ten days of January.
